Please take into account the following information on the rules and procedure for issuing medical death certificates (certificates) in KGBUZ KKPAB.
A medical certificate of death is issued by a pathologist only after a pathological and anatomical autopsy.
The legal basis for the regulatory regulation of the procedure for conducting pathological and anatomical autopsies and issuing a conclusion on the cause of death (Medical death certificate) are: Articles 20 and 64 of the Federal Law of November 15, 1997 No. No. 143-FZ "On acts of civil status"; article 67 Federal Law of December 21, 2011 No. No. 323 -FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation; orders Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 06.06.2013. No. 354n "On the procedure for conducting pathological and anatomical autopsies" and orders dated May 31, 2021 No. 352n "On approval of registration forms of medical documentation that certifies cases of death, and the procedure for their extradition.
Issuance of medical certificates of death is carried out from 08:00 to 16:30 daily, from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
The mode of issuing medical certificates of death on long holidays is established by the duty schedule of employees of a medical institution, in this case it is necessary to clarify the time of issuance by calling 8 (391) 220-15-54.
A medical certificate of death is issued to a spouse, close relative (children, parents, adopted children, adoptive parents, siblings, grandchildren, grandfathers, grandmothers), and in their absence to other relatives, or the legal representative of the deceased, to law enforcement agencies at their request.
The medical certificate of death is the basis for the state registration of death by the registry office in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on acts of civil status.
Registration of a medical certificate of death and issuance is carried out upon presentation of an identity document recipient and confirming his authority.
Required documents for obtaining a certificate:
the passport of the deceased;
SNILS of the deceased;
policy of compulsory medical insurance of the deceased;
passport of the recipient (or foreign passport, military ID), power of attorney (in the cases of representing the interests of the deceased) of the person - the recipient of the medical certificate of death.

Registration of a medical death certificate for a deceased child and issuance is carried out upon presentation of the following documents:
child's birth certificate or Birth certificates from the maternity hospital;
mother's passport;
mother's SNILS;
mother's health insurance policy
the recipient's passport (or international passport, military ID), power of attorney (in the prescribed cases of representing the interests of the deceased) of the recipient of the medical death certificate;
The name of the recipient of the certificate is indicated in the spine of the medical certificate of death; identity document of the recipient (series, number and by whom the document was issued), date of receipt, signed by the recipient. The spine is not issued to the recipient and is stored in a medical organization (KGBUZ KKPAB).
